I’ve been busy with work for the past 2 days, i never thought that migrating from one domain to another is very very tedious (1000+ computer accounts and 2000++ user accounts). The good part of it is that i learned something new, That doesn’t come everyday . Even though it’s stressful it’s worth it. Good thing we have batch files! Yup, though we have all the scripts (vbs, windows) i still rely on the good ole batch commands. It’s simple and straightforward yet powerful tool if you know how to work with it..

Shout out: I need a vacation!

I just found out by accident that Smart Bro has this nifty tool called Smart Bro quickfix. I was browsing their site to learn more about their anniversary promo until i saw Smart bro’s self diagnostic software which got me curious.

An officemate forwarded this naughty email to me and it kinda reminded me of the topic we had the other night.

Even though i wasn’t able to attend the awards night i still managed to join them in the Hula hula party @ the Shangri-la. bloggers are very interesting - we talked about almost everything under the sun, from page ranks, links, adsense, fashion, dating, travel, SEO and other stuff that are NB (non-bloggable)

Right now i’m contemplating on Sasha’s suggestion of having my own domain. I’m really not quite sure if i’m ready to have my own domain (financial reason) since i don’t have a niche yet and i don’t have anything to write about except my daily rants. But on the other hand i might reconsider…

i’ve been working for almost 50++ hours for this week. the “on-call” part of my job is already taking it’s toll. I’m sooo tired…i’m soo drained. And you know the worst part?… i wasn’t able to attend the Blog awards! I wonder what they’re doing now at this very moment. 

Today is a very productive day for me! I’m not talking about my profession/work but my quest of becoming a problogger someday. I saw my kumpare online in YM so i buzzed him to have a small chit-chat. We talked about online business, hosting, SEO, blogging , monitizing blogs and other stuff. it’s like a brainstorming of some sort. a lot of new ideas came up, new “projects ” that hopefully will increase the dollar earnings. I guess i’m really blessed that i have kumpare’s and friends that are probloggers/bloggers/netentrepreneur that are here to assist me (i hope) in this new endeavor.  The question right now is, do i have the luxury of time to transform this “project” into reality? Maybe…

This newbie blogger (me ), is readying a spot to join the ranks of the well-known probloggers in the philippines. I don’t have to list their names here coz they are already popular. But i know it will take more than one blog site, more than one niche more than one post-per-day to achieve that goal. Every solid plan has to walk through baby steps, and that’s what i’m trying to do now. taking one step at a time in learning the curves of problogging. There’s a lot of things to know - SEO, keyword positioning, target market, etc… - things that i have to crack before i can take the big leap. For now, i’m happy that i already earned my first $0.04 in adsense and i’m #1 in FHM Ladies Confession and New Philips shaver keywords.

There are days that i’m too tired to use the computer at home and yesterday was one of them. Maybe it’s because of my mood that day, so i just decided to watch TV. While browsing all the channels i caught an interesting TV show in channel news asia. It’s blogtv.sg - a programme where the blogosphere is transported onto the television screen. Different discussion topics each week are derived from the latest buzz in blogs - be it podcasts, video clips or pictures.

I hope someday our Bayang Sinilangan will have it’s own Blogtv.ph or something with that same format so that we can have alternative shows in the local TV. Sorry, i’m not an avid fan of telenovelas (mexican/korean/Filipino) and i only watch local channels to check out news and latest commercials

I’m kinda bored today… SSDD (same shit different day!). Maybe i have to start looking for a new career, work is becoming routinary. I need a new direction … a new project … a new assignment. Maybe this is just one of my mood swings

Last Friday I was in the legendary- sought after - place to be for lonesome foreigners visiting the Philippines. Accdg. to this canadian acquaintance, he’s been hearing “good things” about this bar back at home so we have to bring him there. I never realized that LA Cafe in Ermita has this kind of reputation with our foreign friends .
